Sean “Diddy” Combs is now set to be sentenced on October 3, 2025, following a split verdict in his federal trial. After months of legal maneuvering and nearly a year behind bars awaiting trial, the sentencing date was locked in during a pre-sentencing hearing in federal court. Although Diddy was acquitted of the most serious charges—racketeering and sex trafficking—he was convicted on two federal prostitution-related counts involving the transportation of adults across state lines.
