I am thrilled to have my colleagues and friends Nikki Naab Levy and Isabelle Barter on today to dive into all of the messy, nuanced parts of weight loss, self care and dieting.


The big topic we’re talking about is the statistic that 95% of diets fail. What does that actually mean? What is failure? Why is this happening? And what can we do about it? 


As always, the three of us are candid and personal and have no problem saying the things other people often hesitate to.
