Shared my thoughts on the Ava Duvernay documentary,  if you have not watched it, what are you waiting for?   If you do, watch it with a clear mind, don't start with negative thoughts such as  "this is a video trying to set a negative view of law enforcement" if you do think that way then you are narrow minded.   This is not about wild teenagers and their wild hormones.  This is racism, coercion, discrimination, and the real life of what Black and brown people live and how they are portrayed in the media.

Homelessness in California has surged since 2016, individuals living on paycheck to paycheck no longer can afford rent and are forced to live in tents in  sidewalks.  Even though there are organizations that are trying to help, not everyone can be helped when the number of homeless people keep rising.  For those home owners fearing the loss of their homes there are resources as well.  One particular resource i came across is  http://www.saje.net/ 

Before social media became the trend, we experienced bullying in our homes(siblings) school, work and out on the streets.  Now we have another platform to be bullied and its super intense because social media causes more psychological damage aside from what we already experience.  We have to be able to recognize and accept ourselves and love ourselves because others ( excluding friend and love ones) wont.

Update on my daughters mental states. Discussing how Therapy and Mental care professionals are in high demand right now but there are not many of them available.  We need to get out of the stigma of mental health pertaining to crazy or slow minded people.  Everyone needs mental help and I discuss why and give me personal experiences and reactions.

Having had a conversation with "Prince" (his doppelganger) I realize how I've been holding myself from opportunities that could benefit me as it pertains to school, work and life.  You might be trying to juggle school, work, kids, home and trying not to have mental break downs.   Well let me tell you, I messed up in my school and had major mental break downs.  

Todays special guest, Raynard, shared his thoughts on school, money and family.  We as women have to juggle the responsibilities but we really dont get to hear a mans perspective of how they deal with it and what their thoughts are about school, money and family.  

I've always wondered when my kids personality traits were developed.  If you actually stop to think, it was during your pregnancy.  Our personality traits a.k.a HORMONES are not a pregnancy side effect. its  a result of a little personality in the making.  

Not everyone understand and cares to understand how busy an individual can be.  I am a mother of 2 teenagers and an 18 month, I have a full time job, physically training for a mandatory fitness test, school and aside from that chores to take care off and sometimes having breakdowns on how overwhelmed i can be.  The least my friends and family can do is UNDERSTAND.  But what about those people who despite what you tell them you are going through, keep pushing to the issue and expect you to go out of your way for them?

What should you share on social media?  Do you have a right to privacy once you become a celebrity?  Is having two social media accounts in the same platform bad?
