Being a parent is such a challenge, non the less when you have teenagers.  When your parents said your kids would behave worst than you, they were passing on life experience.  Maybe you were the most behaved child in your family but that doesn't mean your child's father was.   I am sharing my challenges with you and i am making it clear that tween/teen challenges are something all parents experience whether its in the early tween or late teens.  Lord help us and have mercy on us!!

Getting a job now seem to be a "who you know" in order to obtain that job.  Even those who have a job just wish their employer valued their worth.  The workforce is a bitter sweet place to be, we work to pay bills, wouldnt it be great to go to work where you were praised for your value and skills instead of constantly being micromanaged and critiqued for how better you could have done things?
