At the turn of my thirtieth birthday, with a late Masters in my pocket and horrific acne on my face, I was petrified at my state of health for my age. Doubly fearful of the cancers that ravaged some of my family, my intuition led me to restore my health through nutrition.
I discovered the Blood Type Diet® which revived me to the core and became to this day, a way of life. In a matter of meals, I realized the power of the gut-brain connection, and started ChewChoose a playful pun to encourage a mindful bite.
From instagram account to website, dining club and catering service, ChewChoose has organically forged the way I cook following seasonality bringing provenance to the fore with reverence to heritage.
So Today, Digest with ChewChoose, embarks us on an epicurean journey to invite meaning and purpose from field to fork with wonderful guests.
