Digestive Complaints? Avoid these foods.

In today's episode, we're talking about, nightshades, brassica vegetables, and beans. Are they foods to consume or avoid? One article may say, yes, eat your heart out because these foods are healthy, while another may caution against one bite, out of concern for the inflammatory cascade they could cause.

In a sense both sides are right, it just depends on your digestive health. If you're experiencing digestive issues such as, acid reflux, IBS, SIBO, inflammatory bowel diseases, gas, bloating, constipation or gallbladder issues, then you'll want to consider eliminating these foods (temporarily).
