This week we are digging into what is known as imposter syndrome. Imposter syndrome is basically the feeling of being an imposter or fraud in your everyday life whether its at church, work or in some other area. The feeling that you dont belong there or are not good enough to be there and that any moment you will be found out and removed. We talk about what might cause this feeling as well as ways to negate it. We go over ways to thrive and grow in these places where we feel we are not good enough and our own experiences with imposter syndrome. There is a lot of ground to cover so join us as we Dig In!!
