Tripp first met JT Mestdagh several years ago on a boat in their home state of Michigan, fitting because JT has his certification to captain any nautical vessel up to 100 Tons. JT has faced several medical challenges during the course of his life that have required 16 surgeries. Most impressively, he has always focused on what to be grateful for in life, not woe is me. He has summated many mountains around the world including Mt Kilimanjaro. His podcast “No Bad Days” epitomizes his inspirational mindset and life he lives. In short- JT Jester Digs In.

29029 Climb Challenge:
Our goal for this August is to raise $29,029 towards our overall mission of supplying families with their medical needs and supplies.
The Climb 29029 will take place at Snow Basin Ski Resort in Utah. I will be climbing up the mountain 13 times, in 36 hours, to eventually reach the vertical feet of 29029, the exact elevation of Mt. Everest.

The NHL Shovel of the round goes to Alex Killorn

Killer Killorn has 8 goals and 9 assists in 17 games for the defending champion Lightning. His toughness and smart play has been huge for the Bolts run back to the Stanley Cup Final. Alex also made a brilliant line change on the lone penalty in game 7, leading to the game winning shorthanded goal.

The NHL 1st Round Shovel of the Month goes to Canes forward Sebastian Aho.

Aho put up 5 goals in 6 games, including the series clinching, overtime winner. His flat blade tip of Jaccob Slavin’s shot sent the Canes on to the second round to face defending cup champs, Tampa.

Sebastian is all business as he has his eyes set on 12 more wins and a Canes Stanley Cup.

The Canes 1st Round Shovel of the Month goes to forward Jordan Martinook.

Jordan’s leadership and tenacious play helped the Canes to come back from a lethargic start in game 6. Winning a playoff series is no small task, let alone on the road. The gritty winger is always
