Sometimes we just deal with an issue on a superficial level. Trying to take care of the symptoms instead of dealing with the root of the problem. We must kill our thought life at the roots if we want to see lasting change! The world's spiritual diet has us looking like sumo wrestlers, too much weight. This is because we indulge in the bread of Amazon Prime, the bread of Cox cable or Verizon, the bread of Netflix and all other kinds of spiritual junk food. All things taste sweet to the flesh but have no spiritual nutritional value. John 6:35 KJV "And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hungers; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst."

The bible says that we are transformed when we renew our mind. We change our mind when we change our thoughts. When our thoughts change, then so does our behavior! Romans 12:2 KJV "And be not conformed to this world: but ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."
