We are all going through fear, uncertainty, disruption, isolation through out this pandemic and it's not over yet. But I truly believe it will get better eventually. One of the key realisation for me through the time was the importance of human connection and support network for me. I talk a lot about mindfulness, mindset and show my appreciation for tools and techniques of high performance. Today I came across the Documentary in Netflix about - The weight of Gold. It seemed fascinating especially with my admiration for Olympic athletes and their single minded focus to perform on a scale which is way above average. But this show reflects on the questions what's the price of the Gold medals?
We all have our gold medals in life, the question is how we want to go about it. What's the delicate balance of having it all ?
Go ahead and watch this documentary and hopefully this episode will give you all things to reflect on some crucial questions on our identities or our perceptions of it.

In meditation, scientific research papers and various books I am reading in past few years about brain and brain waves, it get mentioned at various discussion to relax our minds . It's extremely fascinating and given my deep dive into meditation I thought it will fun to talk about the brain waves. If not anything when we see various meditation apps giving you options of various waves and frequencies we can make sense of the, and take decision of what that means.
