When hiring someone to market your practice or digital content it's important to know what you're looking for and have the right expectations for that company or person. 

A marketer can get your content before the eyes of the right potential clients but you have close the deal. Your content and services have to be good. But you don't just want more hits on your site - your goal should be more paying clients.

The knowledge that you have as a physician, especially as a specialist, is quite unique. And you likely know a lot about something that your fellow physicians have no clue about. I also bet you that people are willing to pay you money for that knowledge whether it's how to take photos or how to best setup an urgent care. 

Here are my thoughts on this and how to best make yourself available to others - especially to your fellow physicians and make money doing it.

It's more improtant to create content - the platform can be changed and will change as new ones come on the scene. Video, audio, and written content will always continue to be desired. 

The question obviously doesn't have an answer - it all depends on what you're good at and what you want to spend your time learning and doing. Here is a little about choosing which direction to go, committing to online virtual visits in telemedicine or creating and selling your own online courses. 

I own 3 rental income properties which are all condos. Here is why I would consider a single family home for my next property.
