Zampzon returns from holiday vacation and he brings with him some changes to the show. In this episode we announce our newer, more streamlined way of making Digital Strips. We also review and discuss Blamimation, the effort between Scott Kurtz and Chris Straub to bring something new and interesting to webcomics.

It's a new year and the first podcast of 2006. Once again Zampzon is still away looking for leprechauns leaving me to mess things up. This time I have the pleasure of reviewing Seraphic Blue and The Fantastic Mr. Grant.

Zampzon has taken off to Ireland to try and find his lucky charms. In the mean time Daku has two picks to review which are definitely something Zampzon is glad he missed.

In this episode of Digital Strips Zampzon flies solo. Daku is on vacation in Europe and Zampzon is travelling in Mexico with very spotty internet access. But, Zampzon traveled prepared uploading several comics to his laptop to take with him for just such an occasion. That's just the kind of dedicated tropper he is.

This week we talk to the President of online comics publisher 01Comics.com, Barry Gregory, and the Creative Director of 01Comics, Tony Furtado. Tony is also the cartoonist behind the webcomic Elf and Troll.

This week we talk too Cat Garaza, artist, cartoonist, musician, webcomic innovator, and modern day troubadour. Cat's work incorporates limited animation, panel navigation and original musical scores all in an effort to push the webcomic's form to it's fullest potential.

This week on Digital Strips we talk with Lem, creator and cartoonist behind Bunny. This web comic is a fascinating and deceptively understated comic that explores all sorts of topics including pop culture, existentialism and the absurdity of life through the eyes of a tiny pink bunny. There are some ninjas and pirates thrown in for good measure too.

This week on Digital Strips we talk to some of the folks from Rampage Network (rampagesession.com), an online web comic hosting service and webcomic collective. We interview John Hernandez, the "Godfather" of Rampage and two of the cartoonists in his stable of talent, AJ Jerbic and Kat Santoro.
