This week we feature part 1 of an interview with Scott Kurtz, the creator and artist behind PVP. Scott is one of the most well known professional cartoonists on the web. During the interview he discusses how he got started with web comics and why. He talks about fans, Image comics, and so much more.

For show 21 we are joined by two guest hosts T. Campbell and Dave Bellmore. Mr. Campbell is a well known name as an affluent writer throughout the web comics community. He and Dave host their own podcast on all things comics called Meanwhile, so be sure to check their show out as well.

This week we interview a couple of the artists behind Blank Label Comics, Kristofer Straub and David Willis. Both of them, along with a few other cartoonists, recently broke ranks from Keenspot to form their own independent web comics label.

On today's show we discuss the new web site and new domain. We mention how we'd like to start offering advertising so we can finance trips to comic cons. We also announce that we are going to be at Connecticon next month.

We start off this week's show with a mention of upcoming changes to the Digital Strips online presence. We got a real URL and domain hosting, so be sure to look for an upcoming post when I get the site all nice and ready for guests. Those of you using podcast aggregators take note, the show's RSS feed will be changing location once we move to the new site. Also we mention this past week's major geek events even though they have nothing to do with web comics.
