digress & confess

THROUGH GIFTS, all things are possible.

Friend of the pod, Ralyn, joins Holly, Nick, and Melissa to talk holidays, 2025 celebrations, and 2026 predictions. Digressions include: gift giving, syllabi, ARTIFICIAL intelligence, and (in some ways) gratitude for 2025. We're also predicting deaths of celebrities and popular events, all while keeping our hopes on community. Love and light <3

IN OZ WE TRUST.

Holly, Nick, and Melissa stray from their digressions this week and deep dive into Wicked and what went wrong in the floppiest sequel of the year. Were the actors allowed to eat on set? Was Michelle Yeoh the right choice? And what happened to Wonderful? Lyrics, costume, and sets, oh my! or something.

Chills: No Good Deed.

IN THE MIDWEST, dragons are dinosaurs.

Join Melissa, Holly, and Nick as they digress about parasocials, global concert etiquette, and childhood occupational dreams. Being accosted by the first fan, dragging the French for no reason, and building a brave space for the pod—ultimately, it's a couple of White millennial podcasters.

Full body chills: mere mention of Rosalía.

IN THE BEGINNING, they were called to pod.

In this inaugural episode, Holly, Melissa, and Nick sit down and digress the "why" of the pod; ultimately, why are we here? Jumping from shared interests to fears, past lives to pets, join us for our introductory episode for many such full-body chills.
