Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un pequeño video que estuve grabando recientemente. La verdad es que ya tenía bastante tiempo sin hacer este tipo de contenido. Últimamente me había enfocado más en compartir fotografías, que también disfruto mucho, pero grabar videos tiene algo especial que me conecta de otra manera con ustedes. Recuerdo que cuando comencé en Hive y en la comunidad de SWC, mi contenido era completamente audiovisual. Me encantaba grabar, editar, y mostrar todo desde mi perspectiva, pero con el paso del tiempo fui dejando esa rutina, quizás por falta de tiempo o simplemente porque me acostumbré a la inmediatez de las fotos.

Sin embargo, grabar videos siempre ha sido algo que me llena. Es cierto que lleva su trabajo: pensar la idea, grabar, editar, buscar la mejor música o el mejor ángulo… pero al final, cuando ves el resultado, te das cuenta de que todo ese esfuerzo valió la pena. Así que he decidido volver a retomar esa costumbre, a mi ritmo y con más frecuencia, porque siento que es una manera más cercana y auténtica de compartir con ustedes lo que hago, lo que pienso, y lo que me inspira.

Este video que les traigo hoy es sencillo, pero lo hice con mucho cariño. Más que mostrar algo perfecto, quise volver a conectar con esa esencia que me motivó a unirme a Hive desde el principio. Today I want to share with you a little video I was recording recently. The truth is that I hadn't done this kind of content for quite some time. Lately I had been focusing more on sharing photos, which I also enjoy a lot, but recording videos has something special that connects me in a different way with you. I remember when I started at Hive and in the SWC community, my content was completely audiovisual. I loved to record, edit, and show everything from my perspective, but as time went by I left that routine, maybe due to lack of time or simply because I got used to the immediacy of photos.

However, shooting videos has always been something that fulfills me. It's true that it takes work: thinking about the idea, recording, editing, looking for the best music or the best angle... but in the end, when you see the result, you realize that all that effort was worth it. So I've decided to go back to that habit, at my own pace and more frequently, because I feel it's a closer and more authentic way to share with you what I do, what I think, and what inspires me.

This video I bring you today is simple, but I made it with a lot of love. More than showing something perfect, I wanted to reconnect with that essence that motivated me to join Hive from the beginning. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it. Fue mi primera gran experiencia en un evento grande de Street Workout y la verdad es que quedé impresionado. Desde que llegué a la ciudad de Maracay, supe que iba a vivir algo único. Me sentí emocionado de formar parte del equipo de protocolo, de ser parte de algo tan grande y especial. Fue una experiencia que siempre atesoraré en mi corazón.

Recuerdo la emoción en el aire, la energía de los participantes, la dedicación y el esfuerzo que se veía en cada movimiento. Fue inspirador ver a tantas personas apasionadas por el Street Workout, demostrando su talento y habilidades en cada turno. Me sentí parte de algo más grande, de una comunidad unida por la pasión y el trabajo duro.

El tiempo pasó volando, pero los recuerdos de ese día permanecen intactos en mi mente. Ver a los competidores darlo todo en cada ejercicio, escuchar los aplausos y gritos de ánimo, sentir la emoción de la competencia en el aire... Fue una experiencia inolvidable que siempre recordaré con cariño.

Ver este video me transporta de nuevo a esos momentos mágicos, a la camaradería, al compañerismo y a la pasión por el Street Workout. Me llena de nostalgia, pero también de gratitud por haber tenido la oportunidad de vivir algo así.

Quiero enviarles un gran saludo a todos ustedes, a los que han estado desde el principio, a los que se han unido recientemente, a los que aman el Street Workout tanto como yo. Que la energía y la pasión que se vive en cada evento siga creciendo, uniendo a esta gran familia que es SWC y Hive.

It was my first great experience in a big Street Workout event and the truth is that I was impressed. Since I arrived in the city of Maracay, I knew I was going to live something unique. I felt excited to be part of the protocol team, to be part of something so big and special. It was an experience that I will always treasure in my heart.

I remember the excitement in the air, the energy of the participants, the dedication and effort that could be seen in every movement. It was inspiring to see so many people passionate about Street Workout, demonstrating their talent and skills at every turn. I felt part of something bigger, of a community united by passion and hard work.

Time flew by, but the memories of that day remain intact in my mind. Seeing the competitors give their all in every exercise, hearing the applause and cheers, feeling the thrill of competition in the air.... It was an unforgettable experience that I will always remember fondly.

Watching this video transports me back to those magical moments, to the camaraderie, the fellowship and the passion for Street Workout. It fills me with nostalgia, but also with gratitude for having had the opportunity to experience something like this.

I want to send a big shout out to all of you, those who have been around since the beginning, those who have recently joined, those who love Street Workout as much as I do. May the energy and passion that is experienced at each event continue to grow, uniting this great family that is SWC and Hive.

Hoy quiero contarles sobre mi entrenamiento de ayer en el parque. Fue un día dedicado a los ejercicios básicos, sin complicaciones. La energía era especial, ya que la electricidad estaba cortada, lo cual me obligó a ser más eficiente en mi rutina para aprovechar al máximo el tiempo que tenía antes que oscureciera.

Últimamente he estado enfrascado en mejorar mi fuerza en los básicos. Durante un tiempo, solía hacer rutinas con muchas repeticiones de dominadas y fondos, pero me di cuenta de que había perdido un poco de constancia en mis entrenamientos. Me había desviado hacia otros tipos de ejercicios, como el handstand, lo que había hecho que mi fuerza en los ejercicios básicos disminuyera un poco.

Para volver a mis raíces y recuperar mi fuerza anterior, decidí retomar los entrenamientos de básicos. Sé que no será fácil, pero estoy decidido a dar lo mejor de mí para superar este desafío. Quiero recuperar y superar mi antigua fuerza en los básicos, y estoy seguro de que con dedicación y esfuerzo lo lograré.

Aunque mi tiempo en el parque fue breve debido a la falta de electricidad, me fui satisfecho con mi entrenamiento. Este es solo el comienzo de mi camino para recuperar mi fuerza en los básicos, pero sé que con perseverancia y esfuerzo lo lograré.

Quiero invitarlos a todos a unirse a mí en este desafío. ¿Quién más está dispuesto a dar lo mejor de sí para superarse a sí mismo? Juntos podemos lograr grandes cosas. ¡Nos vemos en el parque, listos para darlo todo en cada entrenamiento!

Today I want to tell you about my workout yesterday at the park. It was a day dedicated to basic, uncomplicated exercises. The power was special, as the electricity was out, which forced me to be more efficient in my routine to make the most of the time I had before it got dark.

Lately I have been engrossed in improving my strength in the basics. For a while, I used to do routines with a lot of reps on pull-ups and dips, but I realized that I had lost a bit of consistency in my workouts. I had drifted into other types of exercises, such as handstand, which had caused my strength in the basics to drop a bit.

To get back to my roots and regain my former strength, I decided to get back to the basics. I know it won't be easy, but I am determined to do my best to overcome this challenge. I want to regain and surpass my former strength in the basics, and I am sure that with dedication and effort I will succeed.

Although my time at the park was brief due to the lack of electricity, I left satisfied with my workout. This is just the beginning of my journey to regain my strength in the basics, but I know that with perseverance and effort I will get there.

Hoy tuve una reflexión durante la mañana y finalmente tomé la decisión de hacer un retorno que me llena de emoción: ¡volver a hacer videos! Cuando empecé en el mundo de la blockchain, la mayoría de mis publicaciones eran en formato de video, pero con el tiempo fui reduciendo la cantidad de videos que hacía, hasta que finalmente dejé de publicarlos por completo y me enfoqué más en compartir contenido fotográfico. Sin embargo, hoy estoy aquí, listo para volver a la carga con un nuevo video y con la promesa de hacer unos cuantos más en el futuro cercano.

Today I had a reflection during the morning and finally made the decision to make a return that fills me with excitement: going back to making videos! When I first started in the blockchain world, most of my posts were in video format, but as time went on I reduced the amount of videos I made, until I finally stopped posting them altogether and focused more on sharing photographic content. However, here I am today, ready to get back on track with a new video and with the promise of making a few more in the near future.

I'm pretty detail oriented when it comes to making videos. I care about the choice of music, flawless editing and I even have a small tripod for more stable shots. This passion for creating videos combines perfectly with my passion for sports. In this new year, I want to be a more active user on the blockchain, sharing more Street Workout content with all of you.

I can't wait to share with you my energy and dedication through these videos. I want to show you my passion for Street Workout, my daily training and everything that motivates me to keep going in this wonderful world.

Mi cuerpo estaba exhausto y no me sentía al 100%, pero sabía que no podía rendirme así nomás. Así que me puse de pie, me puse mi ropa deportiva y comencé mi sesión de entrenamiento en casa. Fue un poco floja, lo admito, pero al menos no dejé que el cansancio me venciera por completo.

En estos momentos es cuando la disciplina juega un papel crucial en mi vida. A pesar de todas las adversidades y el cansancio, decidí no rendirme y cumplir con mi compromiso de entrenar. A veces no se trata de rendir al máximo en cada sesión, sino de mantener la constancia y la determinación en alcanzar tus metas, ¡no importa lo que pase!

Así que aquí estoy, cansado pero contento de haber cumplido con mi entrenamiento del día. Les mando un abrazo enorme y muchas bendiciones. ¡Que tengan una excelente noche y que sigan luchando por sus sueños!

My body was exhausted and I wasn't feeling 100%, but I knew I couldn't just give up. So I stood up, put on my workout clothes and started my workout at home. It was a bit lazy, I admit, but at least I didn't let the fatigue overcome me completely.

Una de las formas de subir al Handstand es con impulso, la verdad es que todavía no me acostumbro del todo a esta técnica, pero consiste en impulsarte lo más fuerte que puedas y llevar las piernas hacia arriba. También está la subida de tuck a Handstand, que es muy conocida y te ayudará a ganar fuerza para otras habilidades más avanzadas.
