If you're only expressing emotional pain and never trying to understand the messages it's trying to send to you, you will have an unlimited amount of that pain and manifest situations in which that pain will be reinforced.

Are you willing to stop enabling yourself by healing the source of your pain? Are you brave enough to stop and ask your pain what it is trying to tell you?

There are four main characteristics of a cult:

1. A "charismatic" (read: persuasive, manipulative) leader.
2. An obsession with money & resources.
3. An emphasis on recruitment.
4. Questioning the leader or narrative is not allowed.
