Have you ever noticed the tricky connection between money and self-worth?

In the episode, I dive deep into how the worthiness wounds we received when we were young affect how comfortable or *uncomfortable* we feel around luxury, having more money, and being in "high-end" spaces.

I share one fun practice you can do this week alone or with a friend (make sure they listen to this episode first to get the assignment!) to start feeling like you BELONG in every room, banish self-consciousness and shame, attract more abundance (and luxury if you feel like it), and heal worthiness wounds related to money. You'll be literally shifting your identity in real time :)

This practice may highlight a part of yourself that still feel "less than" or embarrassed so as always, please LOVE on yourself and praise yourself for all your efforts!

Is modesty a virtue or an inhibitor for women? From the experience of someone who's heard "behave modestly" for most of my life, it is the latter.

This one was almost too vulnerable for me to share. In this episode, I share my process of breaking unhelpful patterns in my life and how I applied it to my long cycle of depression.

I talk about 6 things I did that were the catalyst of my healing and helped me get out of that state of being for good.

I talk about the fear that depression would come back and why I no longer have it.

I talk about hope, and light, and having faith when you feel powerless.
