This week, we sit down with Rick Berrott, the TV production teacher at Plum Senior High School in Pennsylvania!  For 28 years, Mr. Berrott has been teaching at the high school, educating hundreds of students in television broadcasting and production. For 22 of those years, the staple of the holiday season for the Plum Borough of PA has been the Make-A-Wish Telethon. A joint effort between the National Honor Society (NHS) members and Mr. Berrott’s TV production students, the event has raised over a million dollars in its lifetime. Last year alone, the students raised over $73,000 for Make-A-Wish.  Tune in to hear about the Telethon, Mr. Berrott’s career, and more.
