Dinosaur Man

It's been a slow week for new releases but we have our reviews of Disney's latest live-action adaptation 'Mulan' and Netflix horror-comedy sequel 'The Babysitter: Killer Queen'. Both of these films are now available for home consumption on streaming services.

Another week, another bumper crop of films to talk about. This week finally sees the release of Alex's former most anticipated film of the year 'The New Mutants', 'I'm Thinking Of Ending Things' is Charlie Kaufman's new film which is available on Netflix now. 'Get Duked!' is on Amazon Prime and 'Random Acts Of Violence' is Jay Baruchel's feature debut, available on Shudder right now!

Christopher Nolan is back to save cinema with his new blockbuster 'Tenet', Alex has braved the cinema and brings you his thoughts. Alongside this we have reviews of science fiction thriller 'Vivarium' and road trip comedy-drama 'Come As You Are'.

Popular segment 'Trailer Roundup' returns as well as the latest news and rumours.

Welcome to this, possibly our most bumper episode of all time. There's a lot to cover this week with a mix of big DC news from the DC Fandome event which has been happening this week. This includes trailers for 'The Batman', 'Wonder Woman 84' and 'Zack Snyder's Justice League' as well as behind the scenes features on 'The Suicide Squad'.

Reviews include 'True History of the Kelly Gang', 'The Wretched', 'Boar' and 'The Innkeepers'.

Welcome friends and enemies to the latest podcast, this week we discuss Netflix's new superpower action movie 'Project Power', which stars Jamie Foxx as a father on a revenge mission. Stop us if you've heard that before. Andy has also got a new TV series that he won't stop going on about so prepare for 15 recommendations for that this episode.

Nothing can stop us from podcasting, not even a heatwave and a bout of insomnia which turns Alex into an even more engaging broadcasting presence than usual.

Andy talks about the return of Netflix's 'The Umbrella Academy' and Alex reviews lockdown horror 'Host' which is available on Shudder.

With the continuing lack of new cinematic releases we return to the home streaming well with a couple of titles recently made available on Amazon and Apple TV+. First up is Caitlin Moran's coming of age memoir 'How To Build A Girl' followed by a war thriller penned by and starring Tom Hanks in 'Greyhound'

Today we open the doors to a brand new film watching venue 'The Magic Cinema' which we have been saving for all this time. To celebrate we put on a film festival put together by our good friend Anthony McCormack who provided us 3 films for our new screens.

We go an adventure that covers modern masterpieces and classic gems, membranes and Ice Blasts.

Anthony is one of the people behind 'Talk N Review' a movie and fragrance review channel which uploads regular reviews as well as weekly livestreams. You can find them at the following places

With another week of cinema closures comes another week of home viewing and this week we have a double stacker of a week, we review both time loop romantic comedy 'Palm Springs' and quiet drama 'Never Rarely Sometimes Always'. Both feature great performances and chemistry from their leads, but would we recommend them? Spoiler alert, Yes.

The virus may continue to delay new releases in cinemas but the podcast rumbles on. We're back to discuss the new Netflix release 'The Old Guard', a graphic novel adaptation featuring immortal warriors.

Lots of news and plenty of re-watches to deal with too.
