God Of War 2018 ist der erste Teil der God Of War Reboot Reihe. Lange Zeit war das Spiel ein PlayStation Exklusivtitel; es wurde allerdings im Zuge der Öffnung Sony's hin zum PC am 14.Januar 2022 auch auf den PC geportet.
Der PC Port ist von Jetpack Interactive entwickelt worden.
Der Spieler/die Spielerin übernimmt wie auch in den Teilen vor dem Reboot die Rolle von Kratos. Der besondere Kniff: Kratos wütet nun nicht mehr in der griechischen Mythology, sondern in der nordischen Mythology. Darüberhinaus muss er sich um seinen Sohn Kratos kümmern, der dem Spieler/der Spielerin als dauerhafter Begleiter zur Seite gestellt wird.
Neben dem Settings besticht God Of War 2018 mit einer Inszenierung und Choreografie, die auch heute noch extrem beeindruckend ist.
In diesem Let's Play spiele ich den PC Port auf maximalen Settings. Ich wünsche viel Spaß beim Anschauen dieses Let's Plays.

After spending the last couple of days painstakingly building a new bedframe by hand (and drill), my hands still kind of ache, so we'll see how long I can last today. I plan to work on a bit of April's Poltergeist sketch - either a plesiosaur or sabertooth cat depending on how hard they end up being to execute lol. But there's plenty of other options, too!

✨ Klaus Stückmann – „Der Hamburger Fischmarkt"
Im diesem Vortrag nahm Klaus Stückmann uns mit auf eine fotografische Reise an einen Ort, der wie kaum ein anderer für hanseatisches Lebensgefühl steht: der Hamburger Fischmarkt.
Mit seiner Kamera in Schwarzweiß dokumentierte Klaus seit vielen Jahren das Marktgeschehen – und das nicht nur oberflächlich. Vielmehr rückte er die Menschen in den Mittelpunkt: Händler:innen, Musiker:innen, Partygäste nach einer langen Nacht und Menschen am Rande der Gesellschaft.
Jede Aufnahme war nicht nur technisch durchdacht, sondern getragen von Respekt, Nähe und Offenheit. Besonders bewegend war sein Umgang mit Porträtierten: Wer von ihm fotografiert wurde, bekam später ein ausgedrucktes Bild – als Zeichen der Wertschätzung.
Neben stimmungsvollen Momentaufnahmen gab Klaus auch Einblicke in die Herausforderungen des Marktfotografierens: Hochwasser, wechselhaftes Licht und schnelle Situationen machten seinen Job nicht immer leicht – aber umso spannender.
Ob Marktschreier mit Obsttüten, ein Blumenverkäufer mit fliegenden Orchideen oder eine Szene zwischen Fischbrötchen und Tanz – alles wurde mit Humor, Blick für Details und ehrlicher Zuneigung zum Ort eingefangen.
