Happy Black History Month!

Chismosas as we know the Chisme never stops, so we brought you some this week! Let's get into it! 

After two months of marriage, Lena Waithe announces she and her wife have decided to split after claims of cheating with actress Cynthia Evrio who recently played the role of Harriet Tubman in the film Harriet. We’re here for it, Season 2 and all the toxicity the show is displaying. Let’s get into ehhh (18:35). Netflix has another binge worthy documentary, ‘Killer Inside: The Mind of Aaron Hernandez’. Your favorite Chismosas dissect the documentary and share our thoughts. Hernandez’s brain was studied and diagnosed with CTE, did this have anything to do with his actions? What’s the trufff? (28:07). Another football player who has been displaying “disturbing” behavior lately is Antonio Brown. After being let go by the Patriots organization, Brown has had frequent interactions with the law. We wonder, like most if years of playing football and multiple injuries later may be the cause (40:34). Men need to listen to women. Terry Crews is learning this lesson the hard way after making statements regarding Gabriele Union’s allegations against America’s Got Talent. This man ran his mouth and invalidated Union’s experience after his wife clearly told him not to. Oh, let's talk about ehhh (52:53). 

We dedicate a moment of silence to Kobe Bryant, his daughter Gianna and the seven other passengers who lost their lives on January 26,2020. Mamba is out but we will always remember him!

Chismosas, all season we’ve been talking about knowing yourself and your worth, it was about time we spoke about: Boundaries. What the hell is a boundary anyway? We dissect the word and give you its definition (3:12). There are many ways to establish boundaries. How do we establish boundaries when we were never taught to do so? Let’s talk about ehhh (9:40). Words are important and so is the power behind them. Boundaries and standards are often misconstrued, we break down their meaning and their importance in our lives.
