It's time for another seasonal check in for the Summer of 2016. Josh and Brian discuss the better concerts, albums and movies experienced since the solstice. Lots of topics mused like Summer Slaughter, the ethos of Black Metal, Quebec and the digital streaming age we live in.

Ross the Boss. Prolific guitarist, songwriter and founder of the Dictators and Manowar. Few artists have made such a strong impact on the worlds of both Punk and Metal. 30 albums in 41 years with one hanging in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Fortunately he takes time to talk to us before his headlining set at Ralph's Rock Diner in Worcester, MA. Listen to his wisdom as I bumble my way through a variety of topics including Baseball, Songwriting, living in Paris and of course Manowar.

As many of you are aware, I was hospitalized in Dayton, OH and was forced to drop off the tour with Abnormality. I address the events that occurred around this time, because frankly, I'm tired of talking about it. This is a proper summary of everything that happened. Much love to everyone who reached out to me during this difficult time. I love you all Thank you so much for your support.

This is a link to reference the condition I was believed to have had, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cannabinoid_hyperemesis_syndrome

This is a recap of the Abnormality tour from the Spring of 2016. You'll hear me do my best to recount each show, venue and day we spent on tour.

Eric fields a variety of questions about Australia from such a curious American as I. I'm still not sure if they even get podcasts down under, so maybe this will flush out some good results. Regardless, this is a great primer for how to survive in Australia.

Reknowned Engineer and Producer in the Boston Metal scene, Eric Braunschweiger stops in to have a few drinks and reminesce over past projects and the scene of yester year. This marks a grand occasion, since Eric is moving to Australia with his wife and we won't be able to see much more of him. I'm not one to believe in good byes, so I'm looking forward to the next round. We're losing an awesome dude. We love you Eric.

If this was a Demilich song it'd be called 'Sunday Solo Spawn from the Spring of '16'. Lots to talk about. Boston Sports. First quarter Metal albums. Local shows that were sick. My future activities over the next few months and such.

Fuzzywig is an alias for a registered cannabis grower in the state of Massachusetts and he provides medical marijuana to a patient suffering from muscular sclerosis. Despite this level of secrecy, he is on the front line of the fight for marijuana activism and stands as a pioneer for Massachusetts Marijuana legalization. His message of self-empowerment and breaking the chains of big government legislation is something all sides will find value in. While this episode was somewhat short and afflicted by back ground noise, its important to consider that any oral history regarding Marijuana in 2016 will have profound value to future generations, who undoubtedly will grow up in world full of liberated cannabis. Smoke 'em if you got 'em!

Josh Martin is the most tenured guitarist in the illustrious history of Anal Cunt. We talk about everything from growing up in Conneticut, to getting into Anal Cunt, to notorious on-stage band on band brawls.

One of the last real rock stars.
