Throughout my life, I've developed some amazing friendships. Many that will last a lifetime. There are people that I know that have nearly no friends, and there are some that have "a lot" of friends but they're really just aquaintances. In this episode, we explore the idea of "true" friends and attempt to define how to tell one from a "fake" friend. Some personal stories are thrown in along the way. I hope you enjoy it!
I recently picked up "How to Fail At Everything and Still Win Big" by Scott Adams. I found the book to be inspiring and have quite a different look on personal development. I really enjoyed his ideas on passion, building systems and being decisive. I decided to take the chance to share these points with you in this episode. I hope you enjoy the different approaches mentioned in this episode, and that you learn as much as I did. Enjoy!
(I recorded this episode using headphones rather than the phone microphone. It may crackle a bit, but the audio is overall much better in my opinion)
I believe everyone wants an extraordinary quality of life, and that's an admirable quality to have. What we don't realize though, is that our quality of life can improve overnight. The reason it doesn't and why we continue to feel unfulfilled is revealed in this episode. Enjoy!
Think about how much we do to achieve certain outcomes. Think about the "American Dream" and living "The Good Life." All of these ideas are pushed out by society all the time, but what really matters after it's all said and done? What really matters when you can no longer do anymore? That's what this show seeks to answer. Enjoy!
Most people don't understand the importance of the topic discussed in this show. They don't believe it has anything to do with the way they experience the world. The ironic thing is, I've been using this tool to convey this message to you now. What's the simple key to changing your life? You'll have to listen to find out.... Enjoy!
The title to this show may seem a little strange but, the principle behind it is 100% valid. I really enjoy this subject because I get to look back to where I've been and see how far I've come. When you take the time to do this, you'll see that this principle is right on point. Hope you enjoy!
In this show, we cover a way for you to find your passion in life. So many people talk about passion but when you ask "How do I find mine?" their answers are few and far between. I take the idea of passion and give you a way to think about it that will re-energize you. By the end of this show, you'll have a new outlook on life and what you're meant to do. Enjoy!
There's a common phrase that's been around for years... "Knowledge is Power." In this day and age, there's so much information everywhere, that we can learn just about anything we want to. So, is knowledge still really power? Was it ever to begin with? My side of the story is covered in this show. Enjoy!
