In my working career, I've been ingrained with a culture of customer service. My investment of looking back over my career has helped me come to find lessons that are not limited to the business world. During the time that I had been reading a book called "The Values Factor" and realizing that I don't hold the same values I used to, even just a year or two ago, it got me thinking. I was realizing that I don't spend time with some friends that I considered very close at one time. Then I realized that we all go through this at some point, but don't really understand or think about why. I read an article the other day which stated that the difference between successful people and unsuccessful people can be drilled down to one quality.
