In this episode Zec and Dan present without Dan as he was away camping for the weekend, but we had George Baker as a guest.

George has set up the new Disability Union (UK) https://disabilityunion.co.uk/ and he tells us more about why he set it up and what it does to help disabled people.

We then discuss exiting lockdown from the point of view of disability but also about mental health and it fair to say that we go off topic a few times but, you have to go where the conversation leads.

We talk about the importance of pacing, in this episode Zec perfectly demonstrated what ignoring pacing does to our cognitive skills! 😜🤪🥴😵🤣

In this episode Mik, Dan and Zec talk about Chronic Pain from a physical and mental health point of view.

They discuss their relationship and experiences with pain, their coping techniques and how they struggle with pain.
