We luckily have yet to encounter critical response to our podcast. We still occupy the niche space where critics have yet to find us, but if they did, they'd obviously provide glowing reviews and generally shower us with praise and love. But back in the real world, these games were not so lucky.

Join us as Cyberpunk 2077, Gotham Knights and No Man's Sky fight to be the most critically panned, which feels backwards but for this episode is pretty on point.

We're back again after the overwhelming (read: same as usual but we liked it) audience response to our last year in review episode by bringing you each of our top fives of the year, along with other fun stuff such as favourite game we played this year that didn't come out this year - Or something snappier that conveys the same idea.

Embarrassment is totally normal. In fact, we here at Disc Count say you shouldn't be embarrassed for playing the games you love. Be proud of them. Embrace them. Unless it's any of the games on show in this episode, in which case, we condemn you to the gutter of embarrassment you strange, magnificent creature.

It is nearly the end of the year, and while much of the world begins to slow down into a nice Christmas haze, we here at Disc Count refuse. Much like the Pokémon franchise, we refuse to slow down even if it would be much to our benefit.

Fighting is hard, we all know that. And what would help to make fighting easier? Fancier limbs, you say? Okay, sounds good. We here at Disc Count are all in favour of fancy limbs, so much so, we based an entire episode around it.
