Question - Do you feel there should be an awards ceremony rather than giving them a trophy after the final putt?

They still need to sign and finalize their card

What if they win by one but they mess up their scorecard which ends up making them lose

Final Question - How much time do you actually play during a round of disc golf?

Minus walking, grabbing a disc, looking at your line

Just throwing

15 minutes… that’s it

Final Final Question - Should the sport change to challenge the top 5 distance throwers or should distance not be the only thing taken into consideration for Tour events?

Are we forcing competitors out too early due to their age and losing some distance?

DGPT All Star Outcome

Teams Battle:

MPO Winners: Team Isaac

FPO Winners: Team Missy

Driving: Anthony Barela (713’) and Eliezra Midtling 16 yrs old (503’)

Accuracy: Chris Dickerson and Jessica Weese

Putting: Andrew Marwede and Ohn Scoggins

Streaming notes:

Couldn’t find option to cast the stream from DGN app to TV, became available for Chess.com

Stream was smooth, no skipping or glitching

PDGA Live app - UDisc aesthetics are better

Understand the reasoning, but not happy that they cut the rounds to 9 holes

Didn’t need the drone shots of the distance and accuracy competitions, would have been better with just an overhead drone view of the distance at least

Just a quick notation… Distance difference between FPO and MPO winners was over 200’, Accuracy winners scores differed from top scores of 19 to 33, Putting ends with top scores for FPO at 42 and MPO at 55

2024 Chess.com Invitational just finished up yesterday!

Your champs are:

MPO - Anthony Barela

FPO - Eveliina Salonen

PDGA Live outages is not a good look

Shoutout to Darrell Bankes, aka TinLid Disc Golf, for suggesting we discuss disc golf in Canada

CODGC - New disc golf community website and app?

https://codgc.com/

Definitely looks promising!

Travel affiliate for Expedia and other travel sites specifically for disc golfers

Did not auto populate for Bundle option, all other options worked (I contacted them via their contact form and let them know my testing results.)

Pure Disc - Pure Bag (Pure Premium)

https://www.puredisc.net/product/pure-premium/

Vegan Leather… is it made from PVC (Bad) or something better like MYLO or Pinatex?

Final Question - Should Disc Golf just be called Disc?

You play golf, you go golfing, you play disc, you go discing.

Separates us from golf, at least in name

Less issues with how it’s pronounced by mainstream media and newcomers

Skipace.com | League - DGS Puttcasters - Update after 1 event
