HYPNOTICALLY DULL

7 hours on something that could be explained in a TED talk? I found it hard to stay awake listening to this monotonous voice.

My eyesight is better already!

I wish I would of gotten this information sooner! After only a week of doing the exercises and taking some of the recommended supplements my eyesight is already improving! I especially like the exercise for near nearsightedness which has helped me the most. I do it every morning and it only takes a few minutes. Highly recommended!

I dislike giving poor reviews

Struggled to finish, didn't actually because I couldn't take all the repeating of information. I listened 25 minutes and during that time there was maybe 5 minutes of info repeated 5 different times. I'd ask for a refund but I think it was 2.75 so probably won't waste calling audible for that, but I would highly advise a different book on the subject. I'm getting ready to start a different one now. Good luck!

EXTREMELY INFORMATIVE!

I have RSD - Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy, a painful disease that attacks the CNS. I take a minimum of 7 different medications, including tropicals, for pain and the mental/emotional crap package that accompanies it.

Many Dr's believe medical marijuana correctly managed is better than opioids for treating RSD (aka - CRPS), but what functional adult wants to be high all the time? AND Texas might be last in line for legalization!

When my Dr & I agreed on CBD I needed to research before trying. This book has been a wealth of information! Very scientific, which can be dry material, but it's quick paced thus keeping my interest.

This audio-book gave me lots of exceptional facts that helped to alleviate the painful signs and symptoms of sciatica, which I've been struggling with for a totally long term. Other books I've listened to or examine don't comprise the statistics this is in this one, and that i locate that to be extremely precious.

Love the information I received from the book. Some I knew and some new to me, glad I chose it.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

I listen to books during a gym session or long drives.This book is full of tables and numbers which is unsuitable listening.There is not that much information which is hugely practical and that you don't know anyway from general information on the subject.I was looking for a book with plenty of gems and immediately applicable information.

The author mentions stress is not proven in long term blood pressure increase-what non sense.Stress is probably one of the biggest causes of hypertension.

This book provides sufficient detail to understand how diabetes affects so many bodily systems as well as positive actions to reduce high blood sugar through a change in diet, exercise and stress reduction. It was also interesting in learning how different cultures around the world had developed means of addressing high blood sugar through herbs and plants. The many examples of different types of foods available that do not result in increasing blood sugar levels is very much appreciated and gives one hope. Folks, read all you can about diabetes. Sleep Apnea and Diabetes go hand in hand. Get it down asap through leafy veggies and fish. Understand the metabolism of diabetes and how fat is stored. But important is glaucoma which is pushed along by diabetes and sleep apnea.
