Whether you are in Sydney for a long time or just for an hour or two, a walk around the Opera House and the Botanic Gardens is a must. This self-guided tour ensures you see all the best bits, and the historical information and old photos are fascinating.

A Delightful Romp through Sydney's History

I participated in this tour from the comfort of my easy-chair in my home in the Sierra Nevada foothills of Northern California. I have never been to Sydney but Mr. Lewis's great photographs, interesting and informative narrative and wonderfully dry sense of humor made this a tour I certainly did enjoy!

We have never been to Sydney and since we have friends there this seemed like an appropriate read. Enjoyed the dialogue and the subtle humor. Gave us an insight to this beautiful city. Of course it would have been more fun standing in Sydney with this book in hand!
