I have been wondering why am I getting fat. And this book has made me realize what I am doing wrong. There are helpful tips on how not to eat more in a day. It is needed to have a guide and learn what kind of foods are good for you and why and on what way. If you are looking for great advises what and what to eat, this is the book for you. Plus, this books has some of the greatest recipes I ever read and they sound delicious! I love all the healthy green stuff combined with other healthy and delicious meats for example and make a great combination! From this one, I must say that I like avocado and turkey tortilla the most!
