this book is just good enough
This book definitely is a great help to people who already know they have this condition or to people who suspect that theyâre having this condition. My son, who I suspect having this condition, gave me interest to get this book. To my relief, heâs not qualified for this condition based on all the signs and symptoms. Anyway, since heâs still very young, I want to find ways on how to deal with some of his behaviors that qualify him for ADHD, and this book is just good enough to at least prevent it.
Not helpful...
I have had ADHD since I was born, and was finally diagnosed at 13. As an adult ,I have chosen not to take medication for this illness because of the awful side effects. This read confirmed many of the symptoms I experience but did not explain much about the history or treatment options available.
Informative!
Having ADHD might seem like it could take over your life, control you. With this book, it gives you a better understanding of ADHD and how to cope with it. Recommended for anyone wanting to read about it or that know someone that has ADHD, or even if you yourself has ADHD. Good price for a great book!
