I'm glad I came across this little gem of a book. Wonderfully inspirational. Just what I needed right now. Lots of good information on how to raise your vibration and keep your energy positive. I think I'll go grab her affirmations ebook now.

Inspirational, profound and uplifting

This is the best book I've listened to on spirituality and consciousness in a very long time. It lifted my attitude and mood in the first chapter (no easy task) I and will listen to it again as the content is thought provoking. The narrator has an incredible voice and it was truly a pleasure to listen to this book. The author suggests you listen to one chapter a day, but I listened to it all in about 3 days. I couldn't digest it all at once so a second listen is in order. I wish she had other audiobooks as I would buy them in a heartbeat. Give it a try, it could change your life.

Voice is wrong

Maybe it will be better just to read the book. Narrator pauses at the wrong times and her voice carries a wrong vibe.

Couldn't even finish

I think this may be the first one star review I've ever given a book, and I'm usually quite generous in my reviews. (And I also had high hopes for this title and was excited to listen to it!) The first reason for the low review was the very poor quality of the narration. It sounds like the narrator is using an iPhone on speaker in a room with nothing soft to dampen the sound (e.g. rugs or curtains and the like). She also sounds bored and disinterested, and you can tell when she moves her face/head away from the speaker/iPhone. Be sure to listen to a clip before you buy to make sure you want to listen to the whole book. I'm surprised the author approved of this narration. The second reason for the low review is so much of what the author says makes no sense. And I'm not talking about concepts or ideas not being plausible, I'm saying that the combinations of words is illogical or borderline gibberish. This occurs repeatedly, and goes beyond simple poor grammar. Between that, the base content that lacks substance, and the poor narration, I got about 15 minutes in and couldn't finish it. And I really tried.

I can only imagine that this Author is using the LOA to get people to pay a relatively small amount of money for absolute twaddle!

There is no substance to this 'book', the repetitive and monotone language is painful.

motivation and hope

When I began Barbara Becker's book, I was looking for motivation, encouragement, and hope. This book did not disappoint. Being on a spiritual journey myself over the past few years, I'd become discouraged and felt like a failure. Reading Barbara's journey gave me hope again. She let me know that it is not an impossible journey and that I am on the right track. I am learning that motivation and trust can get me where I long to be and that miracles can happen if I open myself to the love that surrounds all of us, and to trust in that love. I'm still not sure where I'm going yet, but Barbara has shown me that, with God, Love, and Trust, nothing is impossible. I highly recommend Barbara's journey to all who may be on their own Spiritual Path.

Profound truth in simple language

The book makes an important point: that the human experience is found and addressed in the Tehillim. It is not (in my opinion) about holiness - though it is holy -as it is about human-ness, the struggles, the cries, the relief, the unspoken and spoken recognition of Gd.

The book is a little simplistic but it achieves the important point that within Tehillim lies a connection - to ourselves, our hopes, our fears, but most of all our Gd.

Definitely a read again!

"Software for the Soul: Psalms for everyone", is truly the most remarkable book on the Book of Psalms (Tehillim) I've ever read! Captivated by interest, this book guides one step by step to teaching the spiritual concepts of Psalms. As when I first began reading this book, I spent time absorbing the profound teaching of Psalms. From cover to cover, I learned so much about the applicable usage of Psalms in daily living, that within days, I completed my reading only going back to read it over again. Because of this book, I'm now seeking to continue my study of Psalms and encouraged to memorize the text. I would highly recommend this book, authored by Mrs. Tara Mizrachi, to anyone who seeks to learn the true significance of the Book of the Psalms.

This is another great little book taken from Neville Goddard's lecture series. I love how he explains the true meaning of Bible stories in metaphysical terms. I enjoy all his books and lectures.
