Story Transcript:

Cy: Yn haul y Môr Canoldir, roedd marchnad yr Amalfi Coast yn fyw gyda lliwiau llachar a synau sibrat o sgyrsiau.
En: In the sun of the Mediterranean Sea, the marketplace of the Amalfi Coast was alive with bright colors and the whispering sounds of conversations.

Cy: Roedd stondinau lliwgar yn torri ar hyd y strydoedd coblog wrth i'r haul israddol daflu ei wres dros y llwyfan bywiog.
En: Vibrant stalls lined the cobbled streets as the descending sun cast its warmth over the lively scene.

Cy: Byddech chi'n gweld Eira a'i ffrind Idris yn cerdded trwy'r torfeydd.
En: You would see Eira and her friend Idris walking through the crowds.

Cy: Roedd Eira, fenyw ifanc chwilfrydig ac anturus, yn edrych o gwmpas yn llawn syfrdan ar y dewis helaeth o nwyddau.
En: Eira, a curious and adventurous young woman, looked around in awe at the vast selection of goods.

Cy: Roedd dymuniad mawr ganddi i ddod o hyd i drysor arbennig a fyddai'n dal hanfod ei thaith.
En: She had a great desire to find a special treasure that would capture the essence of her journey.

Cy: Ar y llaw arall, roedd Idris, er ei fod yn gefnogol, yn fwy gofalus.
En: On the other hand, Idris, though supportive, was more cautious.

Cy: Tynnodd ei sylw at y bagiau priodol, y bwydydd lleol, a phoster o daith fel cofrodd dros ben.
En: He pointed out practical bags, local foods, and a tour poster as a memento over the top.

Cy: "Eira, paid â gwastraffu amser," meddai Idris yn ofalus, "Mae'r pethau yma yn brydferth, ond dydyn ni ddim eisiau dod â phob dim adref."
En: "Eira, don't waste time," Idris said cautiously, "These things are beautiful, but we don't want to bring everything home."

Cy: Ond roedden nhw'n cael eu denu gan floedd a gwên hyfryd Carys, gwerthwr lleol.
En: But they found themselves drawn by the shout and delightful smile of Carys, a local vendor.

Cy: Roedd Carys yn croesawu'r duo gyda 'sgwrsiad eiddgar.
En: Carys welcomed the duo with an eager chat.

Cy: “Dewch draw, edrychwch ar fy mosiacau!” meddai hi yn siriol.
En: “Come over, look at my mosaics!” she said cheerfully.

Cy: Roedd y dandoledd o’r mosaigau yn taro Eira gyda phleser.
En: The display of mosaics struck Eira with delight.

Cy: Er bod llawer i ddewis ohono, roedd Eira'n teimlo'n orlawn.
En: Though there was much to choose from, Eira felt overwhelmed.

Cy: Roedd pob un mosiac yn unigryw, ac mae'n ei chael hi'n anodd penderfynu.
En: Each mosaic was unique, and she found it difficult to decide.

Cy: “Beth sy'n ddigon arbennig?” meddai hi â phryder yn ei llais.
En: “What is special enough?” she said, concern in her voice.

Cy: Idris taflodd olwg ar ei ffrind, gan dyngu hi i fod yn fwy ymarferol, ond eto, cydnabod y disgwyliad ar wyneb Eira.
En: Idris cast a glance at his friend, urging her to be more practical, yet acknowledging the anticipation on Eira’s face.

Cy: Yna, sylwodd Eira ar ddarn arbennig o fosiac.
En: Then, Eira noticed a particular piece of mosaic.

Cy: Roedd yn llawn lliwiau bywiog a ffurfiau haniaethol a oedd yn crebachu hanfod yr ardal - môr, haul, blodau gorchudd goleuni yr Haf, ac oedd yn siarad yn uniongyrchol â'i chalon.
En: It was full of vibrant colors and abstract forms that captured the essence of the area—sea, sun, summer's blossoming flowers illuminating light, and it spoke directly to her heart.

Cy: Daeth senario'r farchnad yn dawel yn ei meddwl.
En: The market scene became quiet in her mind.

Cy: Gwyddai ei bod wedi dod o hyd i'r hyn roedd hi'n chwilio amdano.
En: She knew she had found what she was searching for.

Cy: “Dyma'r un,” meddai hi'n bendant wrth Idris, gan godi'r fosiac.
En: “This is the one,” she said firmly to Idris, picking up the mosaic.

Cy: Roedd Idris yn codi llygad, ond wedyn gwenodd, yn gweld hapusrwydd pur ar wyneb Eira.
En: Idris raised an eyebrow, but then smiled, seeing the pure happiness on Eira’s face.

Cy: Prynodd Eira'r mosiac, yn llenwi ei henaid gyda'r sicrwydd bod ganddi nod atgofion mwy gwerthfawr nag unrhyw beth materol.
En: Eira purchased the mosaic, filling her soul with the assurance that she had captured memories more valuable than anything material.

Cy: Gwnaeth y profiad hwn ddysgu iddi werthfawrogi ei greddf a'r profiadau ystyrlon sy'n dweud y straeon gorau.
En: This experience taught her to appreciate her instincts and the meaningful experiences that tell the best stories.

Cy: Wrth iddynt adael, clywodd Eira sŵn peryglus y môr, yn deimlad o heddwch, yn cyd-fynd â'i mosiac newydd.
En: As they left, Eira heard the calming sound of the sea, a feeling of peace, accompanying her new mosaic.

Cy: Roedd hi'n gadael gyda llygaid llawn disgwyliad ac yn llawn o balchder yn ei chyfeiriad newydd.
En: She was leaving with eyes full of anticipation and a heart full of pride in her new direction.

Cy: Roedd Idris wrth ei fodd; roedd yn gwybod bod Eira wedi dysgu rhywbeth pwysicach na'r hyn y gallai unrhyw lecyn ei gynnig.
En: Idris was delighted; he knew that Eira had learned something more important than anything a trinket could offer.

Cy: Roedd yn manylu bod gwerthoedd am brofiadau'n ganolog.
En: He emphasized that valuing experiences was central.

Cy: A gafodd y mosiac hwnnw le arbennig yn ei chalon, fel cofrodd nid yn unig o'i thaith, ond o sut y gwnaeth ei llwybr ei hun.
En: And that mosaic found a special place in her heart, as a keepsake not just of her journey, but of how she had forged her own path.
