Two of the hardest things to teach anyone is how to lead and how to be a leader. One of the main points is that leaders act, and they know what to do, but most of all they track their data and they measure it against their goals the whole way. That’s why brothers, Daniel and David Morgan wrote the book Chasing the White Rabbit: Discovering Leadership in the 21st Century. Daniel stated that “no matter where you’re learning your lessons, you have to go from a vision and a mission and very key points of what you would call intent… and then you give that to your organization to be able to execute… But you have to figure out how to pull them all within that vision.”
