The only way to heal is to let go, for misery is like a charm for the lost to behold

Like a rubber band I cast my negativity into the abyss, and it ricochets back to me daring to be challenged, for I’ve missed

So I seek to free my mind in peaceful meditation, to guide the negativity in another direction

Alas…betwixt a little lie and a faint expression, so does the mirror shatter into another dimension

Where ego’s fly searching for a shell, and where another victim may be confined to their own cell

But chains are for those that hold the golden key, for every prisoner contains the knowledge to be set free.

In a dream I travel to my eye

But beyond the colors and dilations, I cry

In the whole, geometry is at the center

And I gravitate towards the triangle like tweezers to a splinter

It illuminates brighter than the Sun, in darkness reality is undone

I know I can’t see past the gate, for dreaming casts the illusion of my fate

If only I could turn back the hands of time, but I know the hands are one

For time is but a rhyme, and its always “just begun” like the seed of life from the Sun

A curious wanderer lay to the Earth, upon the grass blades the Sun shone its birth, a seed grows within, the darkness of life, it unfolds, arisen, it becomes alive.

A curious wanderer looked up anew, the Sun now is hidden, the Moon shone so true, the stars they were glistening, shining with soul, bound with the love that life gave worth gold.

A lone rose groweth from the psyche, a sullen poet’s venomous strife, a beckoned hell of thorns grown sharp, for which one fell and pricked the heart, and which the roots were poisoned true, and wither, wither more.

But yet one seeks to see itself, and fall into its reflection, for if it solves the riddled hell, it sees beyond perfection.

To avoid the traps that seek to ruse, a thought of thoughts and pretty muse, or wither, wither more.

Peer into your mind like a child looking into the mirror and cupping their hands and putting their face against the glass and talking to themself. Without a care in the world for who hears them or dares to judge them. Free your soul like you once were and be, just be. Fear not, go. Life will continue to flow freely like a river while you build your raft to float on it. While you accept everything, and connect with everything, as life had always wanted it. Life will embrace you with open arms like a mother to her young, she will accept you, because you are a part of her, and you always will be.

No one better for the role

Than one whose darkness remains,

He fights for his keepers

Of those who’ve imprisoned his soul,

He longs for his escape

But his torment is all he knows,

They tell him who he is

And control him just the same,

He’s lost in the mold

A prisoner in chains,

He commits crimes for thrills

Like a rush through the veins,

But in the end it was his own life

That he had taken, in vain.
