Discussions Podcast – The Distraction Network

Discussing Amber Guyger

Headnotes:

There has been no divider between the black community and all police departments in these communities like the perceived injustice when a policeman kills a black person.  Is there justice in Amber Guyger’s 10 year sentence?  There have been arguments on both ends.  There, however, is an argument within Distraction between what is justice, and what isn’t.

Does Black Lives Matter?  Does it make sense to compare a state level punishment on Federal levels by comparing a punishment in Dallas, TX to a punishment in Washington, DC?  How do we feel about this and why?

Join Holidae and Printz as they discuss Amber Guyger and the hug that shocked the world!!!!!

Season 3 Episode: Discussing Blowing the Whistle

Headnotes:

It seems like 2 Short is in the house!!!!  *Cue the DJ Mixes*.  An interesting affair has occurred over the past couple of weeks where there is a phone call between the President of the United States and The President of Ukraine.  What has happened in this conversation?  Well, the transcript is full of evidence of the Donald Trump using his power to try to get Volodymyr Zelensky to dig up dirt on Joe Biden and his son, Hunter.

Maybe, as D put it, they are just grasping at straws.  Maybe the habitual line stepper of a president that we have has finally stepped to far over the line.  Impeachment is now on the table and Distraction is on top of it.  Join Holidae, Printz, and D as they discuss the whistle-blower and the whistle they are blowing.

Holidae X, D, and Printz (formally known as A Man Called Tez) discuss the news that Apple has hired a company to listen to Siri requests.  What does this mean to Siri users, like Holidae X.  By the way, Holidae X invited Siri in to answer a few questions, which turned out to be hilarious…. also, vulgar.  Join the guys as they discover just how much they are being listened to by Siri and other AI personalities.

Season 3 Episode: Discussing Jeffrey Epstein – Quickie

Headnotes:

After Freestyle Friday, Holidae and Printz (A Man Called Tez) had a side conversation about Jeffrey Epstein.  What did he do?  What time did he get?  How did he die?  The last question may never be known.  When you get in bed with a bunch of rich and powerful people, is this the possible outcome? This discussion may come deeper in the future, but here is a surface look at what Holidae and Printz are thinking.

Headnotes:

As this was recorded right after the Trump Parade and the time where some girl decided to lick ice cream and walk away… the guys get together for one last time.  One last time in the old studio I mean.  Just in time for the party Holidae’s wife threw on a recording night.

Donald Trump tried it again yall.  He is unsilently proven that he is a Dictator in Chief with a parade dedicated to himself?  Or…. Was this a celebration of our independence and the liberals are just butt hurt over the way they feel about it?

Also, why would someone lick ice cream and put that shit back? See… this is why I only buy fast food. No one will be out here licking my McDonalds soft served from the machine to my hands… I mean, it is never working, but that time when it did work.  Heck yeah buddy!!!!

Season 3 Episode: Discussing Sensitivity

Headnotes:

If America could be explained in 1 picture today, it would be of Ralph Tresvant and Drake washing each other’s back with homemade lye soap while being massaged.  They would be sitting in foot tubs and vaping flavored tobacco.

Yes, in comparison to older generations, this generation may just be a little soft. We someone have a bunch of humans with sensitivity turned all the way up!! People complain without protest, people don’t vote, The domestic homes look a little different now, and communication sucks.

Join the guys to make as they discuss the changes in the way people react to each other.  Is this all a distraction, or does these moves have a motive?

Kawhi Leonard will make his decision soon.  Holidae has decided to once again, weigh in on his decision and why.  Where will Kawhi land?  How does Holidae know so much (spoiler alert, he is guessing just like everyone else).  Join Holidae and he answers the question, where the world is Kawhi going.  Will the board man get paid?  Will the Klaw stay at home, or go home?  These are the hard hitting questions we ask on Discussions when Holidae does a Quickie.

Headnotes:

Jason Mitchell has quietly been at the top of the news for a couple of weeks now. Quietly because there is no reports on exactly why he has been removed from at least, two projects he was deeply involved with.  What happens in Hollywood when alleged assault is not detailed to the public?  Does capitalism or Me2 have any standing on such an issue? In this episode, Holidae, Dre, and A Man Named Tez discuss the issues surrounding the allegations that have been suppressed against Jason Mitchell.

Season 3 Episode: Discussing Taxes was the Intent

Headnotes:

Today, Holidae is joined by Dre and D.  The discussion starts with Taxes.  By starting with taxes, that is exactly what is meant… starting.  This conversation was out of control and very entertaining.  Not saying taxes are not entertaining though (sorry IRS, we love you).  This discussion is a classic session with the friends discussing different faucets of their lives lately.  Join the crew and get a few of your daily chuckles.
