My intention with this episode is to help others see that addiction can be overcome. The years it took me to finally get to sobriety, were some of the best years for my growth and development, and now I'm sharing all I learned with you.

For me it was alcohol, however addictions can show up in many ways. Just as an example; Sugar, social media, toxic relationships, spending recklessly, gambling, hurting yourself, and so much more.

Society has engrained in us that in order to be successful we must be the best, and that if we share the light with others, there will not be enough for us. This is a lie, a lie that perpetuates the mentality of lack. The spiritual community is not immune to such illusions and shows up frequently.
