This week we "dish" with local celebrity chef Jared Bobkin!  Not only did he star on the hit Fox show "Hell's Kitchen" on Season 15 and 17, he just opened a new rooftop bar in downtown Detroit called Monarch Club - atop the 14-story Metropolitan building.  We get the inside scoop on the new place, what his time on "Hell's Kitchen" was like AND if ever still has Gordon Ramsey nightmares!
