Disneyland For Designers

Let's look back on 2020 with 20 lessons learned about being a fan of Disneyland during the worst year in its 65 years of operations.

We ranked the top 12 current global Disney Parks Projects and called in our friend Louie Garcia, an architect who focuses on the theme parks and has worked with Disney Parks on several projects. And just for good measure, Louie was a Disneyland Cast Member all through high school and throughout college. CMs surround Brickey! The final episode of Disneyland For Designers starts with a special message to you from Brickey, but if you want to skip it, go straight to Club 0:33 in today's podcast.

Disney+ and Lucas Film recently announced 11 upcoming Star Wars projects, and all will find their home on the streaming service. Mark Brickey and Disneyland VIP Tour Guide Philander Butler, both lifelong Star Wars fans, rank their excitement of these projects.

Jerrod is back on Disneyland For Designers and has his list of 13 holiday must dos at Disneyland during Christmas time. A fun journey all around Walt's Original Magic Kingdom with Mark Brickey and Jerrod Maruyama that will get you in the Disneyland Holiday Spirit (jersey not included)

Disneyland VIP Tour Guide Philander Butler steps back inside a Disney park for the first time since his last day of work in March. What does it feel like for the more hardcore of Disneyland fans to be back home for the holidays?

The title says it all. You can let all your anger and frustrations hold you back, or you can let your positivity push you forward. If you really look around, Disneyland is slowly getting back to normal during these unnormal times.

Today we celebrate that we are soon getting back on Buena Vista street and what that means to hardcore Disneyland fans everywhere.

Real Disneyland is closed, but good news imaginary Disneyland is open and just so happens to have both Disneyland Halloween Parties are going on at the same time! Allowing Brickey and Butler to bounce from event to event while debating what's the best Disneyland Resort Halloween Party???

Trying To Survive The Worst Halloween Ever With Memories Inside & Outside The Gates Of Disneyland with Jerrod Maruyama. Today’s episode of Disneyland For Designers opens up with a somber tone. Mark tries to explain what True Disneyland fans need to do to try to get the part to reopen as quickly and safely as possible. WARNING you cannot talk about this topic without dipping a toe into California politics. If this is too much for you, please start the episode at 15 minutes.

Knowing that this week would be a sad week in Disneyland history, Mark and Jerrod look to the past and talk about Halloween traditions and treats they both remember fondly. The duo has a fantastic conversation about fall memories inside and outside of the gates of Disneyland.

We hope you enjoy this hang out conversation between two good friends trying to make the most of fall 2020

Nick Bayside shares his love of Star Wars and his new hope for the future of Batuu.
