Disney has a “convoluted problem”. They bought Hulu, assumed they could just “suck it in” , and instead, they’ve created a tech nightmare that’s confusing even for the “techies”. If you signed up through Hulu and added Disney+, you’re getting the boot. You have to cancel your old account and start over because Disney can’t figure out their own back-end.
