Imagine an in-person office visit without any paperwork, payment, or insurance mentioned. That can all be taken care of behind the scenes. 

Karen says, "One of the things in creating this optimized patient experience is it needs to be radically convenient and personalized."

David and Karen discuss facing fears and the willingness to take risks in their lives. They end the episode with the advice they would have given to their younger selves.
