In TV, it's looking a little more sunny in Philadelphia with another season. DC and HBO Max team up to fight crime with a new comic, while HBO Go takes a hike. Cops is no more, after a 33 season run. Quibi is still trying to convince society to use the service. We go over Reno 911 , Tacoma FD, and Supergirl season 5 in our new section, DTF Quickies.

In trailers, give out impressions on Bill and Ted Face the Music bound for theaters, Eurovision, coming to netflix, 7500 coming to Amazon, and Archive, coming to somewhere, but we aren't exactly sure where yet.

In movies, the Oscars and BAFTAs have some announcements. WB finally caved in to the pandemic and shifted around some of their release dates for the theater.  Jurassic World 3 is ready to start up shooting again, but with more safety measures. Star Wars celebration gets cancelled for this year. It will be back! But the new date might be far, far away...To end our episode, we review the latest movie to hit Disney Plus, Artemis Fowl.

We talk about a Remedy for next gen console gaming Control. Warzone has released an update for season 4 and it’s all drama, while Sony patents a possible solution to rage quitting. A Star Wars game leaks, again, causing EA to finally drop the news of Star Wars Squadrons. Google Stadia got a glimpse at Gods and Monsters, while AT&T considers selling some important gaming assets. Miles Morales caused an uprising, while Sony finally revealed the PS5 and tons of other games slated for next-gen release. IGN's Summer of Gaming event has had some great announcements so far (of new games and DLC), and The Guerilla Collective is pumping out indie games like nobody's business (but we made it ours!). The Playstation 5 was finally revealed this week and we are joined by our friends, Mike and Ryan from What's the Focus podcast to discuss the whole event. What's On The Exam Table? 

In TV news, Daredevil and friends could be back in  the MCU as early as November. Evan Peters may even be joining the party in Wandavision, but who is he playing? The Mandalorian gets a confirmed release date for season 2. Jason Sudeikis remotely creates a comedy competition show for TBS. Space Force unofficially announced a season 2, at least, we hope. Batwoman gets closer to a known identity for Season 2. Move over James Gunn, The Flash loses a cast member over old tweets. The Last of Us series for HBO adds another creative mind to the project. We finish television with a talk about our thoughts on Defending Jacob and Future Man season 3. 

In Trailers, we check out You should Have Left coming to PVOD  and Lovecraft Country for HBO. 

In Movies, WB and Paramount release Just Mercy and Selma as free rentals. Major filming locations are slowly opening up to get back to work for Hollywood. AMC is further in debt than before. Cannes Film Festival had something to say, even though the event had been long cancelled. Studio Ghibli ventures into 3D animation with their next film. Steven ends the episode with a review of the movie Itsy Bitsy on Amazon Prime.

In gaming, Sony gives players Star Wars Battlefront 2 in the June PS Plus, but also has some news on the future of cross play for PS5 and changes to the recently announced Playstation 5 games reveal event. Xbox gives a handful of games for June, but it could be better. Dead by Daylight adds some familiar faces from Silent Hill, or should I say shapes? Final Fantasy is porting over a Gamecube favorite to all platforms. Blizzcon is officially cancelled this year. It’s a cold day for Blizzard fans. Microsoft prepares the Xbox Series X for gamers to have plenty of titles to enjoy. We finish the section with our review of Minecraft Dungeons.

In TV news, all of the streaming services are getting new movies and shows to watch. Joining that list is HBO Max, which launched this week, but is it worth a subscription? Check out our recommendations. Amazon adds a Girl with the Dragon Tattoo to their list of originals. Kingdom Hearts could be getting a show on Disney Plus. Cobra Kai says goodbye to Youtube. NBC upgrades for a new show. We give our review on Primal and Space Force, the new comedy on Netflix.

Apple makes more moves to add Scorsese to their streaming service. Avatar 2 flies to New Zealand to finish filming. Edge of Tomorrow’s director joins Tom Cruise in space. The Labyrinth is getting a sequel, but are people ready for that just yet? There’s Justice League updates for the Snyder Cut planned in 2021. What does it mean for Henry Cavill? In movies, Greyhound lands on Apple TV Plus. Christopher Nolan really wants to convince people to go to the theater for Tenet. Sony is expanding the Spider-man universe with a couple more films. WB and Zack SNyder come to a mutual agreement about the Snyder Cut. The Lovebirds land at Netflix and we give our review of the romantic comedy.

Love it or Hate it, the Snyder cut has officially been announced to be coming exclusively to the HBO Max streaming service in 2021! We do what we do best and dissect the news and discuss the implications of what this means going forward in the DCEU and also the movie industry as a whole. We get side tracked with some comedy moments, but be assured there is plenty of Justice League talk. We get into much of the other films, both the past and future. So be aware of the potential for full spoilers on anything in the realm of the DCEU. Enjoy!

Ubisoft takes action against Apple and Google over a game, but is it a ripoff? Jessica take a dive into Warzone. Steven had a rough week playing Killing Floor VR and Daymare 1998.

In TV, CBS All Access expands the Star Trek universe. CW rearranges their television schedule with the quarantine  delays. Tiger King is getting another episode, but it isn't what you would expect. The Mandalorian adds more casting for season 2. We give our review on NBC's Brooklyn 99 and Jessica talks about Waco on Netflix.

In trailers, we get a glimpse of Mythic Quest's extra episode and Umbrella Academy Season 2.

In movies, Hamilton is coming to Disney Plus. Lord and Miller take on space in a new movie. Scream 5 gets a familiar face. The New Mutants get their 5th theatrical release date, but will this one actually stick!? The Furiosa spinoff is going with a younger Hollywood look. Avatar gets a combined budget for all the films. Warner Bros just might be planning to release the #Snydercut after all! Lastly, we review Extraction, a netflix film that brought together the Russo brothers and Thor himself.

In gaming, The Media Indie Exchange puts together an event for smaller developers to showcase their games, while EA and Ubisoft announce their own events for this summer. Cyberpunk 2077 lets you mix and match your genitals, if you're into that sort of thing. Microsoft reveals a bunch of third party games that will be on the Xbox Series X with Smart Delivery. Warzone wasn't a part of it, but it should make an appearance on next gen. Vader invades the Playstation VR. Jessica played Red Dead Redemption 2 on Game Pass. 

In TV news, a fan favorite Star Wars character gets cast in The Mandalorian and a few directors announce their contribution to the new season. Nicolas Cage gets exotic for a tv show. Speaking of Cage! Disney expands on the National Treasure franchise. The Office gets an unofficial reunion. Steven reviews an Amazon Original, Upload and Disney Plus Original, Star Wars The Clone Wars series finale. Jessica ends the television section with her review on The Morning Show on Apple TV Plus.

In gaming, Respawn gives a Star Wars day update to Jedi Fallen Order. Playstation and Xbox have new games for May. The Last of Us Part 2 gets spoiled online, but who did it? Nintendo delays their E3 Direct broadcast. Xbox reveals third party games on the Series X this week and the new Assassin's Creed game will be on the list. Activision helps veterans during the pandemic. PUBG gets bots on consoles. Jessica played Hellblade and has a lot to say.

In tv, HBO Max gets a special entry price, but it won't last long. Goosebumps and Hellraiser are being rebooted as tv series, but which one is scarier? Disney makes adjustments to their channels and programing around the world. We give our reviews on two comedies, Brews Brothers and Mythic Quest. 

In trailers, we check out a documentary called Netflix v. the World and it isn't on Netflix. We also saw the trailer for a zombie film called Blood Quantum. 

For movies, Charlie COx ends rumors on his return to the MCU. Disney adds a big Star Wars film to Disney Plus, oh and some small news regarding Taika Waititi directing a film. No big deal. Hercules is getting a live-action remake. The Oscars change up the rules with the current circumstances of theater  releases. AMC and Regal are upset with Universal and the studio can no longer go to their birthday parties. Transformers sets a release date for the next film, but will it be a part of a reboot or continue the trainwreck. John Wick and Spiral have theater delays. Space Jam finally gets a title and so does the Sony Spider-man universe. We end our episode with a review of Code 8, a superhero movie starring Stephen Amell and he's not even the Green Arrow.
