This topic hit near and dear to my heart due to some recent events in my life that have shown me people's true colors and have lifted the color blindness from my eyes so that I can truly see the red flags that I love to ignore. I have come to realize that I have been sabotaging myself for a long time. It is a real thing and I list a few ways that I have personally been disrupting my own happiness. I hope this can resonate with some and help to get you out of this self-sabotage. 

Let's get raw and vulnerable, depressions suck ass, but in many cases it is unavoidable. I, like some, have depressive episodes. I am not depressed 24/7 I have high highs and low lows. In this episode, I explain what they mean and look like.

Is it getting hot in here?! Just me, oh okay! A lot of people asked me why I am doing what I am doing and how did all of this come about. I have struggled in silence for years, hid it from close friends, family, and even myself. As part of the journey, I have begun to embark on it had to start with being ridiculously honest with yourself and being very honest with the people that were closest to me as well. I want to be as transparent as possible and this episode sheds some light on my life and how I have gotten to where I am at now.

However, there is a lack of education when it comes to mental health, therefore a lack of mindfulness and respect. In this episode, I briefly go over some common types of mental health illnesses and some very general and broad signs and symptoms that people should be aware of.
