District Divided

The NBA Draft is TONIGHT at 8pm EST on ESPN, and the Washington Wizards have the #9 pick in the draft (as well as pick #37). What will they do with it? I give you the top 3 names to look out for, and why any one of those 3 players would be EXCELLENT.I look at free agency as well, and the importance of bringing back Davis Bertans. If we don't bring him back, what do we do? What flexibility do we have if we do bring him back?I also discuss the Russell Westbrook rumor, and preview Friday's episode that sees Ben Robinson join the show once again!

The Washington Football Team, fresh off a bye, took another bye week against the New York Giants, and managed to lose Kyle Allen for the season (1:11-9:29). The State of the Union features the Washington Wizards, DC United, and Maryland Football (9:30-13:35).The episode concludes with a preview of the Detroit Lions game this Sunday. I give you the line, my score prediction, and how I would bet the game (13:36-end).

The Washington Football Team go into the bye week enjoying a complete performance vs the Dallas Cowboys. The Washington Spirit have re-signed 7 players to 2-year deals.DC United have now won 3 games in a row!! Can they make the playoffs???

It's Dallas week and both teams are awful, which means it's anyone's game! I preview the matchup vs the Cowboys, but not first realizing that Ron Rivera is a gambling addict, as shown in the loss to the New York Giants, and I also highlight 3 Washington Spirit players that could feature for the US Women's National Team in the State of the Union.

Kyle Allen got off to a decent start, but Alex Smith heroically came in after an Allen injury, only to get slaughtered by the Rams defense. (start-8:12)The Capitals signed a couple new players, the Spirit played against the North Carolina Courage, and DC United got their first point in months in this week's edition of the State of the Union. I also take the time to detail out and thank Ben Olsen for his time with DC United. (8:13-14:15)The 0-5 New York Giants are next for our Washington Football Team. I detail out some stats and give my prediction for the game (14:16-end).

Dwayne Haskins was benched by Ron Rivera, and we have the Cleveland Browns to thank for that. What we have in Kyle Allen is TBD, but one thing is certain - this division is up for grabs. (0:00-11:08). DC United, in a complete shocker, lose 2 more games, this time by even greater margins of defeat. Kumi Yokoyama has a world-class finish and the Washington Capitals made some picks (11:09-14:34).Finally, we conclude with a preview vs the LA Rams (14:35-end).

This was a BAD game for Dwayne Haskins... how long does he have left as the starting QB for the Washington Football Team? I discuss this, recap the Browns game, and preview the game against the Baltimore Ravens this Sunday.SOTU quick hits:NHL Draft is this TuesdayDC United can't buy a win or drawThe Spirit play on Saturday at 1230pm vs Sky Blue FCNats season is over

GAME DAY!!! The Washington Football Team travel to Cleveland to take on the Cleveland Browns. First, I recap the game against the Cardinals (1:05-5:35), then jump into the DC Sports wraparound coverage in the State of the Union (5:36-10:13).Finally, the preview of the big game today (10:15-end).

The Washington Football Team is UNDEFEATED when known as the Washington Football Team.I give my thoughts on the game, and why the Philadelphia Eagles season is already over.

I am joined this week by Wizards die-hard fan Michael Drohan to break down the Wizards bubble experience, and what improvements they can make moving forward with the #9 pick and whether Scott Brooks is the right man to lead them.State of the Union quick hits:Todd Rierden firedStephen Strasburg's season is overRon Rivera has cancerAlex Smith is BACKAlso, my dog's baseball fandom is decided on September 4th
