I'm sharing the revelation I had realizing that when I stopped drinking, much of the negative thoughts I had, no longer had a toe-hold on my energy. Given that I did not intentionally remove imbibing from my life, this was an unexpected thought to receive, nonetheless.

It's a reminder to self that some habits create opportunities for more malicious energies to lurk without detection.

I've had bouts of time in my life where my sleep felt anxious and emotionally draining, mainly because I was stressing over finances or worried about an upcoming event. Those dark energies had easy access when I was asleep, until I realized that by remaining positive while awake, provided the strength I needed to resolve those stressful moments. And, once my spiritual boundary was fortified with joy, my sleep became peaceful, and unpenetrable by all those negative projections intent on causing chaos.

As a musician, having a crowd around when performing is essential, but as a solo living soul, having a crowd around while living my day-to-day existence, and thinking that having a crowd around me, is not only impractical, but not mentally healthy. The same goes for living side-by-side with a life partner believing that since I'm no longer living solo means I must pour myself into the partner.

I've learned, from experiencing isolation, that going within is the only way to find true companionship, once you found love with self first.

Living in a perpetual state always finding a reason to blame or shame myself for my own, well-earned success, ended once I saw that it was 'nothing' more than an incoming projected energy intended to 'keep' me in a stagnant place, so that those who were siphoning my lack vibe could continuallyprosper without my realizing it.

It was difficult to see at first, given that it was a curse in place on my bloodline for many, many years (thanks to a ancestor p*ssing off some weak-willied entity centuries ago). And, frankly, I always accepted as 'just the way life goes' kind of vibe. The haters got so frustrated at being seen, they figured they'd just suggest that my lifeforce should stop. Yup, for real. That won't ever happen to me. Maybe, it will happen to those that sent it, though. Have mercy on their souls, they know not what they do.

I created a request video recently and totally winged it. I'm an improviser, so winging it is a comfortable place for me, but doing so while wearing the hat of a video producer, is a much different way to wing it, and I did not perform as expected. I had a chat with the universe about receiving an incoming negative energy intended for me to make a snap judgment to banish my eternal love from my realm without first connecting with that person in this lifetime. What an absurd, illogical energy.

Then, the chat turned into a lesson - as often happens when tapping in. Do NOT make ANY decisions about others without first meeting them in-person, even if over the phone.

The final lesson is to never any thought as your own. Use discernment. Always.

One of the milestones I was meant to achieve, at least according to my parents, was to get married. They were married for 65 years, so what's good for them, would be good for me - as far as they thought.

Now, as a widow, that milestone is achieved, and may be achieved again, but it might also not be on paper. Either way, it is well with my soul.
