The drive for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace is perhaps the most important cause for every organization. And while progress has been made, there is still considerable work to be done – on every front. And as recruiters are the vanguard of talent in organizations, it’s imperative that they understand the importance of lived experience and push to remove bias, prejudice, and discrimination.
