In this series, Rodney Bryant, the National President of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE), takes the reins as host and discusses the challenges faced by African-American executives in the law enforcement profession. He highlights the reduction in minority leadership and the lack of support for these leaders when they face challenges. Bryant emphasizes the value that diversity brings to the profession and the need to support and retain qualified leaders.
