It’s been just over a year since the murder of George Floyd sparked a renaissance for diversity and inclusivity tactics in organizations around the world. But there is still so much work to be done on this front.

In this special edition of The Shortlist, we want to look back on a panel originally broadcast in November 2020 at SocialTalent Live. It brought together four leaders from big organizations – SAP, Oracle, Sodexo and OLX Group – to discuss the practical things they are doing to advance DEI. It covers everything from metrics and considerations they have as leaders to the obstacles that face DEI initiatives. It was an insightful conversation and one I’m delighted to bring to you during this show.
