SWK looks good and a few more this week. Got a wake up call from doing to many option plays on JNJ last week. Look for upcoming trade autopsy.

Lost money on one position with XOM spread. But did make some good plays. Weekly ROI will come out tomorrow after options expire.

Mostly debit spreads this week, a couple covered calls and one divi play.

My spread trades are looking interesting, have to stay focused to make sure my 1% comes in. Covered calls work good for safe trades.

JNJ looks good again, UPS spread looks awesome 42% ROI and stock doesn’t even have to move at all.

JNJ top pick of course for today. Div king.

Nice week, started out slow but picked up nicely. 1.55% this week, I try to stay away from spreads but needed an ROI boost.

Weekly options expire, this is morning edition, look for wrap up later today.
