Happy New Year, Friends!!!
I am your host, Dr. Chelsea, and as we close out the year, I thought we could take some time to reflect on our mediation series (Lent, Midweek, Summer Breath, and Advent) and discuss what is to come.
So matter where you are, find a comfortable position and join me for our final mediation and prayer of 2021.

It's Christmas Eve, friends!!
And what better way to recognize the Divine's greatest act of love, the birth of His son on earth, than to meditate on the Divine's definition of love?
So I invite you, no matter where you are, to find a comfortable position and join us as we meditate on 1 Corinthians 13 in The Message translation, entitled "The Way of Love."

Hello, my friends!
I invite you to join us as we continue with the final week of our Advent Series, focusing on love. The love of the Divine and the Divine as Love.
So often, we believe love is what people say or even how they treat us, but real love comes from above. It is the Divine. It is who Christ is, and we celebrate his birth. Christ came to show us that authentic love always shows up and never ceases to exist. All we must do is believe.
So no matter where you are or the time of day, choose to take this pause of reflection and join me for today's mediation...Love is Divine

Welcome to our meditation today as we continue this week's Advent Theme...joy.
We often feel joy is escaping us, especially when we are hurting, grieving, or stressed, but the Divine has promised joy to each of us--especially those of us hurting. So, I invite you to find a comfortable position and join us as we allow the joy of the Divine to fill us.
